Information Gathered at Our Web Site
We collect and store some or all of the following information about our users: name, email address, and billing information, such as address, phone number and credit card number. (We only store a portion of the card number to support customer service for your account.
The payment processor securely holds the full card number.) We use this information for billing, customer service and support, and customer advisory purposes.
Information Gathered by Our Software Applications
Our product, PCSafe Adware Filter, is stored on your hard drive. The software scans your computer registry and file system to detect and remove adware and spyware. None of the information seen is collected, and none of the information seen is reported outside of your computer.

to do so, you may send in a Spyware Report to help
us better our product. This report will contain information about certain
settings on your computer, to help us determine what adware and spyware are
Use of Your Email Address
We use the email address you provide at product registration to send service notifications regarding your account status and to provide technical support. We treat your email address as confidential information and do not share it with anybody.
PCSafe, Inc. will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Unless we have your permission or are required by law, we will only share the personal data you provide online with other PCSafe, Inc. entities and/or business partners who are acting on our behalf for the uses described in "Use of Data". By contract, third parties such as
PayPal must comply with their own privacy policies with regard to the renting, selling, or sharing of information. As partners of PCSafe, Inc., they must also offer PCSafe, Inc. customers the chance to opt out of information sharing. For advertising purposes, visitor and customer information is statistically aggregated and reported to advertisers. However, we do not disclose to these entities any information that could be used to personally identify you, such as your name, email address, account, password, or transaction history.
PCSafe, Inc. has a number of relationships with business partners. Authorize.Net and PayPal are each intermediaries in the purchasing process for PCSafe, Inc..
